These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ScrnFix software and services ("Service") operated by ScrnFix ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using ScrnFix, you agree to these Terms.
Upon valid purchase and activation, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ScrnFix on up to 2 (two) devices simultaneously. This license is perpetual for Founding Lifetime and Lifetime plans.
Trial licenses (14-day or 30-day) provide temporary access and expire automatically.

All purchases are processed through our authorized payment providers (Paddle for card payments, NOWPayments for cryptocurrency). Prices are listed in USD and may include applicable taxes as determined by the payment provider.
Upon successful payment, a license key is generated and delivered to your email address. You are responsible for keeping your license key secure.
We offer a 7-day refund policy. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
Lifetime license holders receive all future updates at no additional cost. Updates are delivered through the in-app updater. We reserve the right to modify features in future versions.
ScrnFix validates your license on startup via our servers. A 3-day offline grace period is provided if our servers are unreachable. Lifetime licenses never expire but require periodic online validation.
Your use of ScrnFix is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
ScrnFix is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
In no event shall ScrnFix be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.
We may revoke your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software. Sections on liability, warranties, and intellectual property survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ScrnFix after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
