7-Day Refund Window
All ScrnFix purchases come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with ScrnFix for any reason within 7 days of your purchase, contact us for a full refund.
Eligible for Refund
We will refund you if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
- License activation fails due to a technical issue on our end
- The software is unusable on your system due to a bug we cannot resolve
- You were charged incorrectly or double-charged
- The product does not match its described functionality
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued if:
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- The license has been actively used for an extended period
- The license key has been shared with others or used on more than 2 devices
- The refund request is for a feature that was never advertised
- The request appears to be abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include your license key or the email used for purchase
- Briefly describe the reason for the refund
We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued through the original payment method:
- Card payments (Paddle) — refunded to the original card. Processing time depends on your bank (typically 5-10 business days).
- Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) — refunded in USDT to a wallet address you provide. Processing within 3 business days.
After Refund
Once a refund is processed, your license key will be revoked and ScrnFix will revert to the free tier. You may purchase a new license at any time.
