Simple version: 7-day refund window. If ScrnFix doesn't work for you, we'll refund you. No questions asked within the first 7 days.

7-Day Refund Window

All ScrnFix purchases come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with ScrnFix for any reason within 7 days of your purchase, contact us for a full refund.

Eligible for Refund

We will refund you if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
  • License activation fails due to a technical issue on our end
  • The software is unusable on your system due to a bug we cannot resolve
  • You were charged incorrectly or double-charged
  • The product does not match its described functionality

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase
  • The license has been actively used for an extended period
  • The license key has been shared with others or used on more than 2 devices
  • The refund request is for a feature that was never advertised
  • The request appears to be abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your license key or the email used for purchase
  3. Briefly describe the reason for the refund

We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued through the original payment method:

  • Card payments (Paddle) — refunded to the original card. Processing time depends on your bank (typically 5-10 business days).
  • Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) — refunded in USDT to a wallet address you provide. Processing within 3 business days.

After Refund

Once a refund is processed, your license key will be revoked and ScrnFix will revert to the free tier. You may purchase a new license at any time.
